Venice Hotel Phu Quoc - Free Airport Shuttle & Spa Inclusive

The location is unbeatable and the interior decor is very tasteful and modern. It creates a great first impression.

The biggest letdown was the staff. They weren’t particularly welcoming and seemed more focused on finding "petty" reasons to add extra charges to my bill rather than providing hospitality. It left a bad taste in my mouth, and for those reasons, I won't be returning.

The room was nice and beautiful, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was great.

Everything was fine.

A wonderful hotel in every sense of the word. A wonderful view of the sea. The hotel has a wonderful pool overlooking the sea. The room’s view of the fireworks. The hotel’s location is wonderful. Let me talk about the cleanliness of the hotel. It is very, very clean. The rooms are a bit small, but they have a wonderful special character.

They have free shuttle service to and from the airport on scheduled timings. They have buggy service within the area too.It is a 20-minute ride away from the airport, and the location of the room was perfect as we enjoyed seeing the kissing bridge and fireworks every night.Minutes away from the Sun Paradise attractions.30mins ride from the Phu Quoc night market.50mins ride from the Vinpearl safari park.Loved the decoration in the common area and room, IG worth!Though there was a language barrier when communicating with the staff, they used Google translate to ensure they could assist us.I was travelling with my toddler and elderly mum. The staff were so accommodating and understanding regarding our check-in and out.

Improvement could be on what is offered for breakfast. A bigger spread and daily option for chicken, prawn, beef and pork will be good.

The location of the Venice Hotel was good, but the service was the worst.1. I booked a car service for my husband arriving a day later, but no vehicle was sent to the airport.2. I reserved a car to go to the night market, but no one showed up.3. No response at all on their KakaoTalk service.4. I requested three extra towels, but they only brought one. When I asked again for more, no one came. I had to use a wet towel.5. The shower drain was clogged, causing the entire bathroom to flood. I personally went to the lobby to report the issue, and they simply said they understood, but no one came to fix it.6. The breakfast was terrible.A hotel is part of the service industry, but their service was the worst. When I reported issues, they responded but did nothing to resolve them. A complete waste of money. The only good thing was the location.

One staff to mention is Scarlett Ng, receptionist at Venice Hotel who help decorate our room with birthday greetings after I told her it was my wife's birthday on the day we are checking in. She also make our stay pleasant and see to our needs through the communications on WhatsApp.Another mention to another staff (didn't catch his name) who help to secure a transport slot to the airport on an off schedule timing. ?Kudos to buggy drivers bringing us around the Sunset Town spots.

Location and service are good.

Wifi is very slow. Room does not have a desk.

Breakfast was good with lots of western and local options. Location was good. We had window facing the sea so we could watch fireworks and other shows from our windows. Hotel has free buggy services to town and other places. This can be arranged at the hotel reception. Special shoutout to all the staff who are extremely courteous and helpful. They will try and solve all your issues. And special mention for Mr. Lee who helped us a lot along the whole trip. Would like to stay here again upon next visit. Thank you.

A few of the staff were very helpful and lovely. Location near the beach with a nice empty pool. Cable car and waterpark tickets was included which was great.They provide a free city tour with their buggy and take great pics of you! The driver was lovely! They helped us to change our room to their new hotel 5 min away and we had an excellent stay in their other hotel. Breakfast was bad with more lunch choices than breakfast choices. One of the waitress was coughing all over the food.

Recently a very loud bar opened right in front of the hotel. Disco music until midnight. Extremely loud in the ocean front rooms. Impossible to stay there if you sleep early or have kids. The colourful decoration of the hotel looks nice on pictures but I found it stressful. Especially because rooms are small already.Some staff members were excellent but others seem clueless and acted like trainees.Stored luggage was constantly unsupervised. Anyone could have stolen it.

Breakfast spread was limited but good enough for a small hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The perfect place we’ve ever been.The staff is very supportive, the rooms clean and very beautiful. When we came there one of the room wasn’t prepared, they took 30 minutes to fix the problem and for excuses proposed spa for all group of six people. We really appreciated that. During the stay we got here: free tickets to cable car, free access to water park, free tickets to kiss bridge, transfer from/to pier and at first day even we got breakfast when came to hotel at 10 a.m.The hotel organised at day we came boat trip, and every time were ready to help in every step. Nobody ask us to write a good review. Very grateful to everybody of hotel stuff for our perfect stay here! Happy New Year! P.S. if you take the room with sea view you have a great chance to see show at 20:00 from your balcony very clear.

It was absolutely stunning, the decor of the hotel really fits in with the town. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re staying in Sunset town as it’s the perfect location.

Truly a standout experience thanks to their dedication and kindness!The dining experience ( breakfast ) is just as impressive, with a delightful array of dishes. The spread includes fluffy omelets, golden fried rice, fresh salads, and assorted pastries, all beautifully presented.

The hotel was amazing, with a stunning Italian style and atmosphere that felt both luxurious and inviting. Every day, we discovered new dishes at breakfast, including really tasty Vietnamese food that added a delightful touch of local flavor. The reception staff were welcoming, caring, and incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The room was impeccably clean and the amenities provided everything we could ask for. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!

The nearest beach was just 100m away, clean and beautiful, though swimming was prohibited. The hotel provided a convenient transfer to the Bai Khem Beach daily, where everything was allowed.

European couple stayed in Venice Hotel for a few nights and the reception team were outstanding..highly recommend this location too and a free buggy to take you around anywhere! 10/10 they even reserved a rooftop bar at another hotel after our stay! Wow thanks team ❤️
